The hotel owner personally collected our family from the airport, then after our week-long stay he happily drove us and our many suitcases to our next destination in the hotel van. We were comfortable at Guzara Hotel, with excellent service, clean facilities, and accommodating staff. We'd gladly recommend it for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Teshome went above and beyond to make the stay a great experience, so book Guzara Hotel. The room was very clean, and breakfast was great, with freshly roasted coffee. I called Hotel Guzara in advance, and arranging an airport shuttle was easy even at 2am. Power gym is a 12-minute walk away, and laundry service is on the same street as the hotel. Even on a busy day, most destinations in Addis are maybe 30-40 minutes away. I'll definitely return on future trips.

Guzara is a good hotel in Addis Ababa, in a quiet area that gives you peace of mind. The staff are friendly and very hospitable, communication is good, and the airport pickup was on time. Thanks for making me feel at home. Whenever I visit Ethiopia, you're my home away from home.

The staff at Guzara hotel made our month-long stay, from June 22 to July 20, 2022, feel like being with family. They were humble and the customer service was immaculate. The hotel was quiet and clean, and they clearly cared about guests' safety and comfort. When it was time to leave, I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family for the first time. Thank you to Guzara hotel and all the staff.

It’s tucked away and has a classic, old-school feel. The owner is straightforward, and the friendly family owners and staff made it easy to chat with them like we were in a family home. The hospitality was great. The Wi-Fi in my room did drop out sometimes. # Addis Ababa # Ethiopia
