The buffet lunch was especially good, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I had a great stay at the Hilton Addis Ababa, where the service felt both professional and warm. It still has a personal attentiveness and timeless quality that I feel many hotels have lost. The concierge team also deserve a mention. Selamawit from the Events Team helped coordinate the meetings we held at the hotel, and her professionalism and helpfulness made everything run smoothly. I'd gladly recommend the Hilton to others.

A room on a higher floor gives you amazing views of Addis, day and night. I found the staff welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the outdoor space has a really relaxing feel with lots of room to walk around. There are tennis courts, mini golf, basketball and volleyball, plus a large main pool and four small corner pools with heated water. You can also choose from indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars, several shops including a supermarket, and a well-equipped gym and spa. It's a highly recommendable place with plenty of space and activities.

The Gazebo Restaurant was one of the best places we ate in the city. Its outdoor setting has a lovely breeze, and the atmosphere is lively but still relaxing, a welcome oasis in Addis. The food was fresh, flavorful, and consistently good, and the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every request. They made us feel like VIPs from the moment we sat down. A lot of that quality reflects Executive Chef Ismail's leadership. His attention to detail, passion for flavor and presentation, and inventive takes on local and international favorites came through in the dishes. Dining at the Hilton Addis Ababa was memorable, and we owe much of that to Chef Ismail and the whole team.

After the event, we had a flexible and very good lunch buffet. The organization, service, technical support, and troubleshooting were excellent, thanks to a highly motivated team, including F&B Supervisor Tamirat Tibebu and xxx. We celebrated the Kick-off event for the first Twinning Project in Ethiopia with the EAA as beneficiary Authority, representatives of the funding EUD, the leading project Partner Germany, and junior partner Lithuania. Thanks so much for helping make the day a success. Nothing to add and nothing to complain about.
