I expected to feel welcome at a hotel, but that wasn't my experience. Staff overlooked my requests, communication was poor, and the service team came across as unprofessional and inattentive. It made the stay frustrating and inconvenient, and fell well below what I expect from any hotel. They seriously need to improve service and staff training. Nov 24 /11am

Lidya recommended Nahusenay hotel to me, and I’m glad she did. I’ve visited a couple of times and have enjoyed it each time. The food is tasty, especially the chicken berest, and the friendly service makes it a nice spot for a small group or a date night.

It’s peaceful here, away from the noise, and the staff are really friendly. A wonderful hotel.

The place itself is good, but when I was there the shower water wasn’t working. There’s no generator either.

The food and the place were great, and the rooms were excellent. Everything was perfect. The service was excellent too.
