This is my third stay at Nega Bonger Hotel in Saris, and it’s still my favorite hotel in Addis. It’s consistently high quality and exceptionally clean, and the polite, friendly staff make me feel at home. I’ve enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, and spa on my visits. Breakfast is delicious, and room service is available and tasty at any hour, day or night. I’m very happy here and can’t recommend Nega Bonger enough if you want somewhere clean, reliable, and welcoming in Addis Ababa.

I loved the interior design, which gives this hotel so much character and charm. It has a beautiful traditional style, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great value for the price. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The building and facilities are great, but the management is backward and a sham. I’ve known the hotel since childhood and respected the owner, but the current management has left me with this experience. I paid cash for the service, then was charged three times by bank transfer as well. They acknowledged the duplicate payments and I provided a bank statement, but after a month, five visits, and ten calls, I still haven’t received the promised refund. I spoke with taddese at the office, who said manager Daniel hadn’t approved it. Don’t trust them with a deposit until you’ve received your service.

I had a very bad experience at Nega bonger hotel. The shower didn’t work at all, and the massage room was in a noisy corridor. The person giving the massage didn’t know how to do her job.
