You can hear cars all night since it's beside the road. Some of the lighting tech buttons don't work, the furniture is old, but there are enough towels. There's a restaurant and caffe that stay open until 8:00pm.

Dirty tables, rude staff, and they don't switch on the generator when the power goes out. That's the worst customer service I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend coming unless you want the worst service of your life. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

They don't turn on the generators when the lights go out, and the tables are dirty. The staff are unprofessional too. Worst hotel in Hawassa, especially considering its name. How am I supposed to work or charge my phone without power?

After check-in, the service felt outdated and poor. The reception staff didn't seem to care and didn't explain anything. I gave the hotel one star because they raised the price without telling us. We stayed five days without knowing the original $50 rate had been increased by another $20. They charged $70 without explaining or getting approval, which was unfair. They didn't deny adding the charge either, the receptionist told me directly they were raising the price. Very disappointing.
