New furniture and a clean, nice place. Booking was easy, the price was okay, and it was perfect for me. I only missed having a business corner with a printer.

Very quiet and clean. The landlord seems quite well-off and owns lots of apartments in this building.

The room itself was very clean and had a large refrigerator and cooking facilities, but I was so angry about check-in that I even forgot to take photos. This is an Airbnb-style apartment run by a company, with units in blocks A, B, C, and D. There was no one on site to help, and past the 4 pm check-in time we still had no access code by text or email. We had to call the service hotline, which meant an international call charge. First we got an answering machine, then a staff member put us on hold while checking the details and initially said they couldn't see our booking. We were told to wait for a message or email with the code. It took more than 10 minutes. We'd already flown 13 hours from Asia to Copenhagen, then another hour to Helsinki, and still had a train trip from Helsinki to Espoo ahead of us. Having to deal with this was infuriating. No shampoo or shower gel was supplied, so bring your own. Guests are also expected to clear the rubbish when they leave, which seemed strange since we saw a Thai man cleaning rooms for the company. When we asked him to help call about our check-in problem, he gave us a manager's number that was no use, and the manager wouldn't answer. Calling would have meant another international charge. We definitely won't stay there again.

There was a smell, and the fire alarm wasn't in use. Cleanliness needs attention too: the hallway cupboard and coffee maker, for example, and there was spilled beer on a fridge shelf.
