The blankets and pillows were brand new, and the cabin itself was adorable and affordable. Some of the surfaces and the floor were a bit old, but it didn’t bother us. There seems to be a new owner, and the reception cottage has been renovated. The woman working there was very kind, and I wish them all the best. There’s a beach nearby. The larger cottages have their own beaches, though those were grassy and rocky.

The setting is lovely, with nature all around and a nice beach. The terrace looked good for drinks, though I didn’t eat at the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The basic cabin really is basic: bring your own sheets or rent them, and you have to clean and tidy it before leaving. The fridge in the room was very noisy. The summer toilet was run down, and the beach toilets were pretty nasty. The main kitchen was clean and fine. I didn’t try the sauna, but it’s right by the beach and looked good. At least when I visited, teenagers gathered in cars at the edge of the beach, playing music until early evening. There’s another bar just outside the camping grounds on the road if you’re feeling adventurous.

The shore is a nice place to enjoy the view, swim, or grill, and the location is good. Service was friendly, WiFi was free, and the budget cabin was clean and had the basic essentials: a fridge, kettle, microwave, and battery. I can’t speak for the other cabins since I didn’t stay in them. The showers, toilets, and summer kitchen were in poor condition, and there was no wood for the grills. On Saturday night it got quite loud near the cabins because the nearby restaurant had karaoke.

The beach is nice, but most of the place feels quite run down. Other than the reception and restaurant building, it probably hasn’t been renovated since the 1970s. Seems fine for a day trip.
