I’ve used Roost apartments for my business trips over the past year and stayed in 9-10 different ones. I can’t imagine Helsinki without them. The accommodation is fantastic, and every apartment feels thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Roost also has a very friendly, helpful team.

This was the worst Airbnb stay I’ve had. My “bed” was a couch with a 3 cm thick mattress piece on it. Roost did try to improve it, but it still wasn’t really a bed. One night I got locked out and had to arrange somewhere else to sleep because their spare key pickup process didn’t work at all. Their messages were hard to understand and sometimes extremely rude. There were so many automated notes claiming they were an amazing Airbnb host, but that hype didn’t match my experience. A friend also stayed in a Roost property and was treated horribly. I’d never recommend Roost to anyone. BEWARE.

Saila and the Roost team went to great lengths to find me a suitable apartment while my original booking was still being renovated. The replacement was even better than the first one. Wonderful apartment, and many thanks to the team.

I spent almost four months in one of their apartments. The Roost team were incredibly helpful and thoughtful in their communication. Absolutely recommend them!
