The room had everything I needed, and I slept really well in the very comfortable bed. I was in a Compact Studio with a great kitchenette, including a microwave/oven combo and a fridge with an extra freezer compartment. There was also an ironing board, plenty of storage and a huge wardrobe with built-in lighting. The bathroom was spacious, and the TV was large and modern. The hotel itself is stylish, modern and thoughtfully designed, with lots of smart technology that helped it feel safe. At around -23°C, the system briefly failed and it took longer than expected to get into the room. It was eventually sorted out, though. You can hear the tram, which comes with the location. I'm sensitive to noise, but that didn't bother me much. The bright electronic light by the door bothered me more, so we had to cover it to keep it from lighting up the whole room at night. There was plenty right downstairs: a lovely café, a busy popular rooftop bar that I didn't visit, and a 24/7 Alepa supermarket, which was super convenient. Tram line 4 stops right outside and reaches the city center in under five minutes. I felt comfortable here and would happily recommend it and stay again.

The place was just as pictured, and I'd happily return. It was cosy and secure, a comfortable spot to relax after exploring Helsinki, and having Netflix on the TV was a nice evening touch. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking or making breakfast, and the supermarket downstairs was really helpful. Getting around from this location was easy. There was also access to a 24/7 gym beside the building, plus another gym upstairs. That upstairs one was freezing when I went, and didn't have the treadmill shown in the picture, which was a bit disappointing since I try to keep up my daily 5k. Still, I had a brilliant stay and would recommend it.

The warm staff and lovely atmosphere made for a relaxing stay, and the rooms were cosy. Service was impeccable, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful, with a great location and good value for money. I felt at home, enjoyed the hospitality and breakfast, and would definitely come back. Five stars from me.

The online check-in seemed a little odd at first, but it was easy and worked well. When I needed help, they responded quickly and were very helpful over WhatsApp or by phone. My room was comfortable and had a nice kitchen. My only small complaint is the pillows: I would have preferred firmer ones, though that's a matter of taste. I had a nice stay and would certainly recommend it.

The kitchen was so well stocked that we were honestly impressed, and the breakfast add-on was delicious. Bob W is exceptionally comfortable and great value for money. We did find a tiny insect inside the hair dryer, a small cleanliness issue, but everything else was perfect. We had a very pleasant stay and are already looking forward to trying other Bob W locations.
