The inner courtyards are especially beautiful and unusual. The apartment was a happy place to spend my 10 days, and I’ve added some photos. It’s two blocks from the HSL Tram 4, which takes you a long way around Helsinki. When I shared my arrival time, the owner sent clear directions from Helsinki Vantaa airport using the Train and Tram, and booking was easy to arrange with her. There's also a cozy, friendly Nepalese restaurant across the street, where the proprietor has arranged a 15 percent dinner discount. Rick Steve's recommends Esse-X in the St. Petersburg, Helsinki and Tallinn Snapshot Guide.

The apartment was clean, nicely arranged, and well furnished. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back if I'm in Helsinki again.
