The free laundry room can be used as much as you like, and the place was very clean and quiet. They'd thought of everything: a floor mop, iron, hairdryer, and all the kitchenware. There's paid underground parking, an Alepa nearby, and plenty of public transport to get around Helsinki. I've stayed in lots of aparthotels, and this is my number one. Loved it, and I'll definitely return!

The location was great, the price was good, and the room was spacious. Having a 24h supermarket downstairs was superb. But during the unusually long Finnish heat wave, the room stayed at 30'C all night even with the windows wide open to the street. I didn't expect AC at this price, but a fan or some effort to cool the building, like opening hallway windows to create a draft, would've helped. The plastic-covered mattresses made the night sweats worse. The public areas weren't clean either. A homeless person was clearly sleeping in the elevator and lobby, and the smell lingered for days.

We extended our stay because the place was so convenient. Tram 10 and buses are close by, making it easy to get to Helsinki centre. Entry is all automated with a code and there's no receptionist, but that worked fine for us. We used the live chat in the “Help” centre on the Forenom website to extend, and they replied quickly. I think you can reach someone there if needed. There's a laundry, office, sauna and guest lounge, plus a 24 hour “Alepa” supermarket downstairs. The room had a heated bathroom floor, small kitchenette and TV, and we could set up Netflix. The beds were soft and comfortable. It was a little warm even when it was 9 degrees outside, but we could open the window a bit, and the small fan they provided was enough. They clearly state on the booking confirmation that check-in is at 4pm. I didn't run into any problems during my stay, despite some of the bad reviews that may be pre-pandemic, when management could have been different. 10/10, really happy with this place.

The location was good and the room was clean, but the room and the whole 6th floor felt warm and damp, and it was hard to breathe. Opening the window helped a little, but traffic noise made it impossible to leave it open all night. After two bad nights, we cut short our planned five-night stay and found somewhere else.
