Hostel Vuokrahuone

The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and it was easy to feel at home in the friendly atmosphere. I had a great stay and would happily return. Celal, Tim, and Baptist were especially helpful and always available. They went out of their way to help everyone have a good time, and their positive energy made a real difference.

I’d recommend staying here for a few days or even weeks. The prices are good, the location is convenient, and the rooms are nice, including the dormitory. Reception did a good job, and everyone was friendly and fun to chat with when they had time, especially Manoj and Jennifer, and Eino, the boss. The hostel events were enjoyable, and sometimes reception joined in too. Jennifer and Tim even taught me how to play table football.

If you’re looking for a hostel, make this your first stop. Maria, Baptiste, and Manoj were amazing to deal with. I’ve never experienced such great people working at a hostel. Any local hostel hiring staff should look for the qualities those three have.

Maria and Baptiste made me feel so welcome and cared for as a customer. They gave me the best experience I could have had in Finland, and I’d come back just because of them. They represent the brand and company so well. When hiring in the future, I’d recommend looking at their qualities as a model for finding employees.
