A good-value choice in a central spot, with major sights and public transport easy to reach on foot. The rooms are plain but comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast comes with the stay, though there isn’t as much choice as at larger hotels. Keep in mind that some floors are only accessible by stairs, which could be awkward with heavy bags.

We had such a nice time at Hotel Arthur. It has a lovely atmosphere right in the heart of Helsinki, and the staff were kind and helpful. I asked a lovely woman for hot milk with my coffee, and she brought it with a smile. Breakfast had lots of options, from fruit, vegetables, breads, cold cuts, cheese, porridge and cereal to hot dishes and desserts. The coffee was really tasty, too. I went for an English Breakfast-style plate, though there were lighter choices as well. Recommended :)

The rooms are a bit dated, but they were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were friendly. It was an easy walk from the train station even with luggage, and they can store your bags for a few hours if needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

We arrived early and were able to get into our room, which was a lovely start. It was very spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Hotel Arthur is centrally located, with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Breakfast in the morning had loads of fresh options. The receptionists were extremely friendly and professional, and we were very, very pleased with our stay. 10/10 recommend Hotel Arthur.

The room was clean and quiet, and after a day of walking around we slept really well. It just didn’t feel very inviting, and could be a lot cozier. There’s no fridge, either. I liked the vibe in the building’s shared areas, and the location is great. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly. If you’re mainly looking for somewhere to sleep, it’s a good choice.
