I came for breakfast even though I wasn't staying at the hotel. The harbor views are stunning, and the staff were very nice and helpful. There was a good mix of hot and cold food, plus seasonal pastries, and the food was quite good, though perhaps not the best value. Specialty eggs and similar dishes ordered through table service cost extra. The buffet is fairly vegan-friendly and clearly labelled, with overnight oats, chia pudding, soy yogurt, and hummus. You can also ask for oat porridge, vegan cheese and ham, avocado, or a croissant.

The event team made organizing the baby shower easy and did a wonderful job setting everything up. The buffet had delicious food with great options, and the dessert spread was the best. They'd arranged the private room beautifully, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was even able to arrive a bit early, before opening, to add some last-minute decorations. I'd come again.

The breakfast is a big reason to stay here. It was great, and the service was good whenever we needed it. The location is in the middle of the action but still quiet. My husband and I enjoyed the space, and our room had tall ceilings and a large window. The shower's glass wall only covers half, so it could get messy, though it wasn't a major issue. I wish the room had been a little cooler, but it was manageable in September. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a great view from our room, which was spacious and very clean. The included breakfast was great, with other choices available for a fee, and the service was amazing. The hotel is also within walking distance of the tram, the square, the markets, and the ferry to Suomenlinna. They had umbrellas for guests during our rainy weekend. We really enjoyed the stay and would come back.

The staff were lovely, though nobody was at the desk when we arrived, so we had to wait to check in. Breakfast meant crossing an internal courtyard in below-freezing winter weather. The hotel was fine, but it was starting to feel tired and could use some refurbishment.
