We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty to choose from at the very good breakfast. Rachel and Luzviminda greeted us with warm smiles and were so kind and friendly. Thank you!

On our last morning, we had to leave early, and the hotel prepared breakfast packs for everyone. Such a thoughtful gesture, and it made the early start much easier. I was traveling with a large group, and the staff were helpful, patient and friendly throughout, handling everything smoothly and professionally. Hotel Marski by Scandic has a stylish, comfortable atmosphere, and its location was perfect for exploring Helsinki on foot. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the regular breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty options. I had a fantastic stay, with excellent service, comfort and convenience. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it. I’ll be back.

Be careful about leaving belongings in your room. My son accidentally left his universal plug behind, and we waited around 30 minutes for the receptionist to respond. They seemed more focused on helping guests who were checking in. Eventually, we were told nothing had been found. Later, I realized he’d also left the souvenir mugs I bought from Starbucks. A receptionist said no one had checked into the room yet and offered to go up with me to look. The cabinet where I clearly remembered leaving the items was empty, while the rest of our luggage was still being held in the luggage room. I told them I was sure the items had been on that cabinet and worried they hadn’t been properly reported after cleaning. The receptionist said they’d spoken to the cleaning staff and trusted that nothing inappropriate had happened. It didn’t seem like there was a proper process for carefully checking and reporting lost items after a room is cleaned. We never got our belongings back, and no further action was taken. They might not seem valuable to everyone, but they meant a lot to us as keepsakes from our trip.

The staff were welcoming, polite and friendly, and the hotel even sent a team member to pick us up at the airport when we arrived. They checked us in early, and on our last day we could leave our suitcases in the store room until our evening flight. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hotel Marski in Helsinki. The location was great, and the room had everything we needed, stayed at a comfortable temperature, and came with fresh towels every day and slippers if needed. There’s also a sauna on the hotel grounds that’s open in the evening, plus a gym. Breakfast had a good, varied selection and a diverse clientele. The price was reasonable. Excellent hotel, highly recommended for business or leisure.
