NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa

Edvin kindly helped us get our luggage to the train station, even though it wasn't his responsibility. We really appreciated that, thank you, Edvin! The hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. It's also close to everything, so this will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Helsinki.

The staff have been so cordial and attentive, and the little things they've done make our stay feel personal. We're still here, but the service has been good enough to write an early review. The hotel is right in the center, with hundreds of restaurants within walking distance and the central train station across the street. Our deluxe room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the room includes spa and sauna access. Breakfast runs until 10:30am, with a full spread and an à la carte menu, plus vegetarian and gluten-free options. I want to mention again how thoughtful the staff have been.

I've stayed at 150+ hotels, so I notice the small things, and this one gets a lot right. The staff were incredibly nice and very service minded. The gym is large and really clean, the cocktails at the bar are great, and the restaurant is amazing.

Maricor at breakfast was incredibly warm and attentive, somehow anticipating what we wanted before we asked. She really made our morning. The food was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room exceeded expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed, including a heated bathroom floor. We had a fabulous stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Helsinki, and I couldn't recommend it more.
