I spent a month here from early September into October. The room was cozy, and entry is by access key. The online staff were genuinely supportive and helpful. Just be careful not to shut the door with your belongings inside if you're past checkout time, since your luggage could get locked in and there are no receptionists. The location is the best in town, within walking distance of the University of Jyväskylä. K-Market, S-Market, and larger shopping centers like Sokos and FORUM are nearby, as are the cinema and some nice restaurants.

We stayed for a week and the apartment suited us well. It was clean and quiet, with good ventilation and no outdoor noise. The windows looked onto the courtyard, which was a plus during a very hot week, mostly over 30°C. The nights were cooler, though if it gets that warm, it might be wise to reserve some kind of fan. For parking, we recommend P Paraat, which gets you within less than 50m of the accommodation.

The location is very central 🔝, and the two-level room is nicely furnished. Downstairs there’s a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchenette with what you need, and a dining table and chairs. The beds are upstairs. BUT the upper area is much too low, with beams only 174cm high and no soft padding on them. That’s grossly negligent. I hit my head during the night and got a cut!
