Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. The location gets a 10/10, and check-in was quick. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us a better room for 10 €/night, so we accepted. It was bigger, though a bit worn and nothing special. The shower pressure was perfect, but the pillows were the big problem. There were three and not one was any good. Please get new pillows ;)

The staff were very helpful, and the price and breakfast were fair. The hotel is in a great location, though it's split between two buildings. Finding the parking was tricky since there are no signs around town. The rooms felt a little dated, and the climate control in mine didn't work.

Good location, but getting my luggage to the room in the other building meant dragging it through an underpass, which I didn't like.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, though the style felt old-fashioned. Breakfast was fresh and covered the basics. The large dining room wasn't too busy, even around 9 am, and no reservation was needed. The hotel has two buildings and a garage beside it. It's close to the railway station and only a block from Kauppakatu's pedestrian street, shops, and restaurants.

My room was in the other wing, reached through a tunnel on level 'K'. It was a standard size, not especially large. The hotel is right in the city center, with Forum, Sokos and restaurants a short walk away. The pool and sauna are also on level 'K', while the gym is in the annex where we stayed. There's an ironing room for washing and drying clothes.
