I liked the big, comfortable room and thought the kitchen was very well equipped. The cleaning staff were very nice, but they should come more often. There was no staff around otherwise, which felt strange, and cleaners didn’t arrive until my fifth day. By then the toilets were quite dirty and I was avoiding them, and the trash cans were full. The room was extremely hot, at least 25 degrees, so I didn’t even need a hairdryer. It was also noisy even when people were being considerate, because there are gaps around the door. The sinks are in the corridor, and you have to bang your door to lock it.

Elegant, cozy, and clean. The toilet and shower drains smell really bad, though. Maybe some natural lemon extract could help get rid of it.

The kitchen had everything we needed, check-in was easy, and the rooms were spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers looked like they belonged in a five-star spa. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at, even better than most hotels! We couldn’t extend our stay at the last minute, or we would have stayed longer. If you’re traveling like us and want a comfortable short break in a small, cozy town, stay at least two nights. You can do laundry here too.

Check-in was very easy, and the hostel management replied to my messages within 20 minutes. The place was quiet, with a superbly equipped kitchen, and the showers and toilets were very clean. It’s centrally located but not noisy. I don’t normally stay in hostels, but this one was better than many hotels. Highly recommend.

Everything worked well, and the place was clean and quiet. It's the best spot I've found in Jyväskylä city center. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and Kahvila Miriam’s is a great breakfast choice too. Many thanks!
