We were a group of four planning to celebrate a birthday, and the person on the phone said there’d be a sauna available for us. Once we arrived, there were no towels, and we felt unwelcome. The customer service was outrageous. We left with our friends and won’t do business here again. Such a shame. T.Ville

We had booked a conference room and sauna for more than ten people, but the room was dirty when we arrived. Company cleaning supplies and full drink trays were left in the way, so we had to clear them before our evening party. The changing rooms smelled musty, and there was no toilet paper or soap, even though staff knew a large group was coming. We also had to add wood to our sauna ourselves while staff sat outside grilling sausages, and ask for service at the counter while they were still doing that. After the sauna, our schedule ran over, so we handed the conference room to the next group and were sent to sit in the cafe. The room hadn’t been cleaned between groups. Several women in our group dried their hair and sat in the dining area, which doesn’t seem like something health authorities would allow. We gave the salesperson calm, factual feedback, but got excuses and an argument, with no effort to make things right or offer compensation. We’d paid several hundred euros. One point for the staff making some effort at customer service and letting us borrow eating utensils for our own food.

The saunas were still pretty good at 10 pm, and the service was friendly. It’s a clean place, though there’s room to improve. The key return setup feels risky, and a privacy screen between the yard and the bench would help when the door opens. A sign giving information as you drive into the yard would also be useful.
