The breakfast buffet had everything you could want, and the prices were good. The people working there were really nice, too. We paid for our stay the evening before leaving and told them we had an early flight the next day. Later, they brought us breakfast to have before we left. The rooms have little fridges, which helped. Very cool.

I was there for three weeks and would've stayed another three if they hadn't kicked me out. The staff were friendly, and I couldn't get enough of the silly little rodents running around my deluxe suite. I named one Julie, after the name of this wonderful hotel. Incredible visit, I can't recommend it enough!

The view earns an extra star, but the value for money was poor. I was surprised to find that rooms aren't cleaned unless you ask. Maybe it's fine for a few nights if you can't find somewhere else. For a longer stay, it's unwelcoming, since you're likely to need to interact with the staff.

Breakfast comes with the reasonably priced rooms. Joensuu center is 6 km away.

It's a cheap place near Joensuu center, with a few things to do like frisbee golf, darts, and biking.
