I liked the room and shared spaces, and they covered my basic needs. But I was really disappointed by how unprofessionally the staff handled things. The room wasn’t clean when I arrived, there was no check-in or check-out, and my repair requests went unanswered. I also felt taken advantage of over the cleaning fee: I left the 7m2 room much cleaner than I found it, yet was charged 50€. They seemed focused on getting money from me, so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, whatever their budget. Be prepared and take pictures. I had a great experience here, but not because of them.

Avoid this place. The owners weren’t responsive or attentive, and there was no real follow-up on repairs. My heating didn’t work; I had to ask five times before a technician was sent, and it still wasn’t fixed. They said they’d provide a replacement electric heater, but never did. My toilet was also supposed to be replaced, but that never happened. The condition of the rooms was catastrophic: a broken cupboard, no cleaning before arrival, an unsanitary shower, dead insects under the windows, torn, smelly sheets, leaking toilets, and more. The shared areas were just as bad, or worse, with unsanitary kitchens where you can’t cook properly. Heating worked in some rooms but not others. A place to avoid!
