Seeing the frozen lake from bed when I opened the curtains in the morning was a real wow moment. The setting is remote but lovely, with an amazing view, and the stay felt very premium, calm, and relaxing. Everything was ready before I arrived, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Sanaa Spa is worth a visit for the food and drinks, as well as its saunas, cold plunges, and frozen lake. There aren’t many food options right nearby, but the room had plates and cutlery, so food deliveries were easy.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast had lots of healthy, delicious options. We had a wonderful stay in a private cabin that was well equipped and had a beautiful view.

We loved the room, the staff, and the breakfast. There’s a spa nearby where you can use the sauna and take a dip in an ice hole. A lovely place ✨💛

I stayed over Christmas, and the scenery was beautiful. We woke to the sunrise right over the lake, which felt dreamy. The staff were lovely, always smiling. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a great family stay at Bella Lake Resort with our two young children. The resort was beautifully kept and just minutes from a supermarket. Having a private dock by the cabin was a treat: we could go straight from the bedroom for a swim, then come back up for a quick sauna. The concierge service deserves a mention for going above and beyond. At check-in, we’d been assigned a cabin with a highway view. Since we’re from the city, they made special arrangements for us to have a view of the forest instead. We left some valuables behind in the cabin when checking out and called the staff for help. One of them got to the train station within 15 minutes, just before we boarded our train back to Helsinki. Thank you, Bella lake resort, for the lovely memories our young family will take with us. I hope more Asian tourists visit in the future!
