The staff were attentive, kind, and trustworthy, and the customer service felt professional. The hotel also feels luxurious without costing too much, so it's worth the money if you're looking for a great place to stay. The beds and pillows were soft but really comfortable. Breakfast had Nordic flavors and even real bacon, which makes this place a gem for bacon lovers like us. It runs until 13:00, so you can check out at noon and still enjoy a great brunch. To me, it's the best hotel chain in Finland. We won't regret coming back.

The shower was unbelievably tiny, and changing the tap either way didn't affect the water temperature. I also found the room a little cool. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel near the train station, with a good breakfast and a very good dinner in the restaurant.

Everything was walkable from the hotel, which was handy for the Kuopiorock festival. It's right by the railway station, though a bit farther from the festival site. My one request would be to have the sauna open in the morning during festival time, since people are at the festival in the evening.

The attached restaurant is genuinely good, and that's reason enough for me to stay here again next time I'm in Kuopio. The hotel itself is good enough and the staff were very helpful, though parking felt claustrophobic. It was kind of pricey, but I suppose that's Finland.

The restaurant was the best I've visited this year, without a doubt. The food tasted amazing, the hockey quality was great, and the servers were excellent. I'll definitely return. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. My standard room was great, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows, in a hotel that's been somewhat renovated. The shower was clean but very small and didn't feel premium at all. Parking was disappointing too, with very few spaces.
