The natural surroundings are beautiful and look great for activities like mountain biking in summer. The cabins themselves are luxurious and very well equipped. I'll definitely come back.

There's plenty of room to yourself here, and the hospitality is warm-hearted. You can pick a rustic traditional log villa or house, or one of the more modern villas, and each delivers what it promises. Breakfast was very good, too. Space really is a luxury.

These warm, lovely cottages make a great weekend base, and there are nice landmarks about 30 minutes away by car. I was a bit spooked by the random bear footprints, though. Try husky riding or deer riding. Update: I later learned the tracks were from a racoon, not a bear. Locals said all the bears are asleep in winter, so hopefully it's very safe!

I spent a week in the area snowshoe hiking with Heekii und Tuula. Great food and great service.

The food is excellent, and the place is amazing, right in the middle of the forest.
