There are a couple of drawbacks: not many toilets, and in the old building you hear things very clearly. It could be especially noticeable on weekends when some guests are drunk. Still, this isn't the usual kind of hotel I'd stay in, and I strongly recommend it!

Getting into the place felt confusing and a bit uncomfortable. They call the building number 9, tell you to put a different address into GPS, and then the actual building turns out to be number 5. The receptionist also shuts earlier than the website and booking page say, so you get key instructions by email. On the third floor, one section had no WiFi, and a radiator didn't work, so the room was cold. The room rules read like threats about fines, which made me feel like I was trespassing.
