A microwave is available, though there isn’t a proper shared kitchen with an oven. The location is handy, very close to both train and bus stations. What really stood out was how kind and helpful the staff were. They speak excellent English, and there’s coffee, tea, and something sweet like muffins available free all day and night. Mornings should be quite pleasant here. I nearly gave it five stars.

Finland is expensive, so a hostel makes sense, and this one is a good choice. It’s clean and quiet, right in the centre of Lahti, with tea, coffee, and cakes in the lobby. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms with good equipment, and private parking too. The staff were there to welcome us. It’s a short walk from the railway station, and coffee and tea are available all day.

I stayed in the apartment for a week in August 2022 and would definitely recommend it. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and the modern house is well located. I’ll come back when I’m next in Lahti.

A really good hostel, about a five-minute walk from the train station. Cake, coffee, and tea are available at reception. I’d definitely recommend it!
