The apartments were clean and the beds were good, but the stay was deeply uncomfortable. The rooms got unbearably hot, and there wasn't proper air circulation. We couldn't open the windows facing the front, while the ones at the back opened onto the forest and let in swarms of mosquitoes. The supposed fresh-air vents were dusty, with filters that seemed clogged, possibly from the demolition work just outside. That work was extremely loud, especially in the mornings. There were basic omissions too, including no toilet paper holders. I wasn't expecting luxury, but the lack of comfort was surprising. Breakfast at the spa was poor value, especially in summer: much of the food was gone when we arrived at 08:00. For that price, a small local café would be a better choice. The whole stay felt almost like a robbery.
