Jacuzzi Rantakallio

We were very happy with our stay. The cabin was spacious, clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with a lovely view and two motorboats. The service was warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed to relax: a sauna, jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. We’d happily recommend it.

There’s plenty of room for a large group, and the place is great for relaxing or fishing. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a sauna and Jacuzzi. The pier is right beside the house. The owner was very nice: when we asked for a meat grinder to make fish cakes, he brought one over straight away. You can rent a motorboat from him too. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and I recommend it.

We’ve stayed at Rantakallio with friends twice, and we’re due back for a third visit in a couple of weeks. We’re already planning a fourth. Each time has gone smoothly, and the cottage has been in excellent shape when we arrived. Thanks to the owner for sorting things out so thoughtfully. On our first visit, we asked about batteries for the remote, and although there weren’t any, someone who knew the owner soon brought some to the door. The next time, we asked to arrive a little early so we could set up birthday treats for a friend. That was arranged without fuss or extra charge. Thanks, Matti.

There’s lots of space in this really nice cottage, and the jacuzzi was a lifesaver. The sauna and laundry areas need a proper deep clean, though, and the grilling setup was really poor. With renovated laundry facilities and a good grill shelter, it’d be a five-star cottage.
