We had a really memorable stay at Aito Igloo & Spa Resort, and would happily come back. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent, especially the sauna. The people made everything feel easy. Daphne at reception gave us a friendly welcome and smooth check-in, and Jeff was very accommodating. General Manager Fidella was communicative and quick to help with any questions or requests. We joined a snowmobile tour with Daniel and Wendy. They helped us get dressed for the cold, checked that we were comfortable throughout, and took some great photos for us. Kate led the Aurora BBQ and husky sledding tour, sharing lots of interesting information about Finnish culture and the local environment. We had such a wonderful experience that five stars don't feel like enough.

We only stayed one night at Aito Resort, but had a fantastic time. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Aneeqa, Janaka, Fidella, Gabriel, Kate, Daniel and Jesus. We enjoyed the sauna, ice dipping, jacuzzi and pool, and the snowmobile ride was lovely. Both restaurants served delicious food. Our child loved the surroundings and especially feeding the reindeers, a highlight for our family. Definitely a must-visit when you're in Rovaniemi! ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were the best part of our stay, always kind and ready to help. We saw the Northern Lights right from the hotel, which sits in a wonderful spot by a lake with different activities available. The rooms were comfortable, and the spa had options including a sauna and hot tub. I'd definitely return.

The spa was calm and left us feeling refreshed, and the resort has lovely views and amenities. Everyone was friendly. At wildwoods restaurant, Janaka and his team served us delicious food and were very accommodating when we finished a little late because of our baby. Jesus deserves a special mention for the cocktails. 🥰🍸

We really liked the Aurora Bar, with its wooden cabin feel and the chance to warm up, relax, and toast marshmallows by the fire between Aurora sightings. Jesus was welcoming and attentive each evening. The rooms were clean and cosy, though on the small side, so they're better for guests who care more about the overall experience than room size. Aito Resort also has a beautiful setting and a warm atmosphere, with genuinely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay comfortable.
