The location worked well for me, halfway between the center and the bus and train station. I appreciated being able to check in or out outside reception hours by using a door code or leaving the keys at reception. My code never came through because of a booking.com issue, but the host was easy to reach by phone and very helpful. I visited in February and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature, unlike some hotels in the region. The decor is retro, though everything was clean, the shower had good pressure, and having a microwave in the room was handy. Great stay as a solo traveler.

The WiFi was a little slow, but the place itself was friendly and right in the town center. The rooms are simple and have what you need, including a fridge, kettle, microwave, and TV. Good shower pressure, too, and there's a radiator in the bathroom so you don't get chilly afterward.

The owner was so considerate and accommodating, and really friendly throughout. We had a tidy, cozy room with at least two single beds. It's close to the main bus station, which is useful for getting to Sta. Claus Village or the airport. A good-value hostel that I'd happily recommend if you're on a budget.

They let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was such a help. The staff's treatment was spectacular, and the location is perfect. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom had everything we needed. 100% recommended.

The beds were comfortable, and the microwave worked great. They provide dishes and silverware in the room, although cleaning them is a bit awkward when there are no supplies. It's also a short walk to the city center and a small supermarket.
