It’s a quiet neighborhood even though attractions and the museum district are close by. The nearest shopping mall, with a grocery store open until 23, is also just a short distance away. Check-in and check-out were flexible. The key locker could be placed closer, as others have mentioned. A fan would be useful on hot summer days, and it might be nice to have a few inexpensive books for kids or adults.

The location was good, and the apartment was generally clean, but finding the entrance took some effort. Clearer directions would help, since the door is at the back of the building. A few things made the stay less comfortable: the sofa and a chair had several stains, the bathroom was dim because the light above the basin cabinet didn’t work, and the kitchen extractor fan above the stove was also out of order. I mentioned the fan to the caretaker because I was worried smoke might set off the fire alarm. They said it would be reported and fixed later. For longer stays, it would help to have basics like baking paper for the oven and a few simple cleaning supplies. It was an okay stay, though there’s room to improve.
