Villa Happy Fox made a lovely, peaceful base for my trip to Rovaniemi. It's a beautiful, relaxing place, and everything I needed was there. I can't recommend staying here enough.

We were able to eat by the outdoor fire pit on our first evening, and got a warm welcome. The room was great, with breakfast provided and plenty of choices. Villa Happy Fox is outside town, so it could be a good place to spot the aurora when conditions are right. We had a great time.

Our kids, aged 6 and 9, had a blast with the family activities, from snowmobile driving and skiing to ice fishing. My husband and I enjoyed them just as much. The team looking after us were so friendly. I highly recommend Happy Fox, and would love to come back someday.

The night sky was fantastic, with city lights too far away to drown out the stars. The walk to the river wasn't long, and we had great views of the northern lights over the trees. The room was clean and very nice, and breakfast was replenished daily. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they provided warm clothes and everything we needed. We booked the Family Fun day, and the kids loved it. We went sledging with different scooters and sledges, tried skiing, used the kids' snowmobiles, and gave ice fishing a go. There was also a lovely forest trail that followed the river, with a wooden sledge ride, some nature explanations, sausages by the fire indoors, and hot berry juice. A fantastic morning with the kids. Thank you, we'll be back! 🦊🛷🔥😃
