We had a nice view from the big shower, and there was even a hole in the ice for anyone wanting a polar plunge. The room came with thoughtful extras like robes and slippers, but ours was directly across from the men’s sauna and smelled like it. Breakfast had a nice spread, and the restaurant fireplace made it feel cosy. The place is ski in/out, though rentals mean a five-minute drive. The T lift leaves from the hotel parking lot, but shuts before the resort does. We got stuck at the bottom with our rentals and had to walk back up the mountain :(

Cool place to stay, and the restaurant was nice.

Four people can sleep well here, but the living space feels a bit tight. It’s an efficient place without extras, and the ski-inn service worked great. The village is 600m uphill, so it’s nearby but not a good walk between the cabin and the center if, for example, you’re here in summer. Parking is limited in the village, but these apartments have their own spaces in the house’s lot.

I can’t recommend staying here until the standard improves. The TV and mini fridge in the room were broken, and the socket had come completely away from the wall. The sauna was so crowded with people from outside the hotel that, as a hotel guest, I had to go back to my room to shower. Half the showers on the men’s side were broken, and the breakfast dishes were in poor shape and really dirty. I couldn’t find any staff anywhere.

In my opinion, the hotel is ideally placed for everything. You can eat, swim, ski, go downhill skiing, or get to the village quickly and easily. Parking is free for hotel guests with a car. I visited in winter, and that didn’t take away from the hotel experience at all.
