The bedroom smelled like an old dog, the sofa was broken, and the whole apartment was filthy and neglected. There were little stones all over the main floor, and the kitchen felt greasy and sticky from cooking. The drying cabinet was disgusting too, and a whole family of silverfish was scuttling across the bathroom floor. The cleaning staff might as well have done nothing.

The people working there were friendly, and the living room and bedroom were clean and comfortable. I liked the fireplace and the private sauna in One Bedroom Apartment with Sauna No.5. The kitchen equipment was fine, but the kettle and extractor hood were pretty dirty, and the dishwasher smelled bad. The Wi-Fi also had problems during my stay, and they couldn't fix it.

Kuukkeli Apartments has a superb location, and the apartment came with everything we needed. We had a very good stay and hope to return, maybe to see the northern lights if the weather cooperates. God willing. 🙏

We couldn't locate our cottage at night, and with the restaurant closed, we ended up searching for somewhere else to stay. There was no refund, so we had to pay separately for both places. Check-in was poorly organized, and finding the right cottage was especially hard in the dark, with no lights or instructions around the similar-looking buildings. Customer service was really poor as well. I can't recommend this to anyone.

Looking for an easy, comfortable stay? This isn't the place. The customer service was absolutely terrible too.
