The cabin is set up well for a long stay, with everything needed for food storage and cooking, laundry and dishes, and watching movies. Its position between the two main starting points for most MTB trails worked perfectly for me, with trails and roads connecting it to both. I’d say it’s an ideal spot for people bringing mountain bikes. I stayed for two weeks at the start of July and slept better than I have anywhere else, with no interruptions and a very quiet place throughout. On a sunny, calm day the private pond is beautiful, just right for food and drinks by the fire or a swim after sauna.

Just a supermarket, nothing special. Handy if you’re in Saariselka, though the selection is limited, which is understandable.

The rooms are spacious and nice, with a great living room and well-equipped kitchen. Pool and sauna are high quality, and breakfast is good!
