We really enjoyed Saariselkä Inn in November. It was off-season, but the town's winter scenery was beautiful. Our room was clean and roomy, and breakfast was delicious. Everything we needed in Saariselkä was easy to reach on foot. The lodging was great value for the price.

The reception staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of food. The hotel is right in the village centre, with a bus stop just outside and a sauna on site. Rooms are big, clean and basic, and it's very good value. The surroundings are stunning, with walking and sky tracks plus bicycle and snowshoe rentals. Thanks a lot :)

A handy, basic place for a quick rest between adventures or legs of a journey. The price includes sauna use, with a washing machine there too. Dog friendly rooms are in separate wings and cost a small extra fee.

The Saariselka Inn staff were extremely helpful, and there are shops, bars and restaurants right nearby. We stayed four nights just before Xmas, my little girl and I, after booking through Santa's Lapland Holidays. Everything was great. The place felt friendly, the rooms were cosy, and breakfast had something for everyone with plenty of food choices. The longest toboggan run in Finland is only a 5 minute walk away.

The local pub has a cozy feel and serves good soup lounch, hot or cold. There's the best party in the area in the evenings, with top singers round work in karaoke. Andy's cocktails make you feel party. A nice place.
