The area is peaceful, and there’s a small sandy beach close by. It stays shallow for quite a distance, which makes it suitable for little kids. The house itself is clean, fairly new, and attractive, with plenty of useful cooking gear. The beds, mattresses, and pillows were clean too. In summer heat, though, it gets hot inside even with the windows open and mosquito screens in place, so air conditioning would help. Blackout curtains in the sausage would be nice, since there are only blinds. From the yard you can see straight onto the small road, and the screen between this house and the neighboring one could be better.

The cottage is really well made and has a nice view, though it felt a little pricey. There’s no air conditioning.

You can choose between a snug, more traditional cottage with a wood sauna and a somewhat newer one with all the amenities. Either way, it’s lovely rural peace, with water all around. The store is an easy drive away. Great places to stay.
