The view was good, the reception was professional, and the bed was comfortable. We could drive there, and there were all sorts of fun things to do and see in the yard. But the room was dirty and dusty. The fridge was dirty, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, there were ants, and the tablecloths had stains. The lamps had fly carcasses that looked years old, and dust balls were rolling across the floor. It felt stuffy and itchy in the morning. There was old popcorn in the microwave, which was placed so high up that it would have been dangerous for my 77-year-old mother to use with a kitchen stool. There were no games in the room, no socket by the mirror, and the TV remote didn’t work. My father’s family has a baby, so maybe they just didn’t have time to clean properly.

There are cooking facilities, and in the evening you can use the sauna and cool off in the pond, washing away the day’s sweat. Breakfast comes in a versatile basket option. The location by the Kiskojoki River is very good, and it’s a short drive to Kemiönsaari, Teijo National Park and the ironworks villages. The service is friendly and customer-oriented. A really good place for a relaxing vacation.

We were nearby dismantling a combine harvester engine and needed somewhere to stay. We arranged to arrive at 10 pm, and the sauna was ready and waiting for us. Breakfast was a great start to the day. A really nice place at a good price, I recommend it 👍

This was a really good farm tourism experience. If you’re after a peaceful cottage stay in a somewhat central part of Southwest Finland, this is definitely worth experiencing. You can also organize different kinds of parties and meetings here.

The scenery and setting look like a painting, and the service is very friendly and flexible. Honestly, this is one of the best saunas I’ve ever been to. You can cool down afterward in the spring-fed pond. I’ll probably visit again!
