Our tree tent stay was absolutely incredible! 🥰 Anja was patient and quick to answer our questions by email, starting several months before we arrived. When one of us fell ill, she thoughtfully suggested other arrangements. 🙏🏻 After welcoming us, she showed us around the beautiful Kommee Kurki forest (means “a handsome crane”) and explained how to stay safe and enjoy our time there. :) We had such a wonderful time in nature, with everything we needed. Anja generously gave us plenty of breakfast food, which was a lovely start to the next part of our trip. 🥰 Anja’s warm hospitality made our Finnish road trip all the way from Singapore an absolute joy, and our most memorable one so far! I’d highly recommend staying with Kommee Kurki. 🤩 Thanks again to Anja and family. We hope to visit again, and please let us know if you ever come to Singapore! 🇸🇬

The cottage was spacious and had everything we could have wished for, including a good sauna and even toys for the kids. Our Dutch family of four, with two small children, stayed here for spring break and absolutely loved it. It’s beautifully situated near Tampere, beside a forest and a stunning lake that draws crane birds. There’s a little playground and trampoline near the house, plus a lovely BBQ spot. Anja was a welcoming, helpful host, offering ideas for things to do nearby, like the Mr. Goat house, Olafs church, and hiking, and helping us with the sauna and BBQ. We really recommend Kommee Kurki to young families! Kiitos, moi moi.

The cozy house was perfect for relaxing and finding a little quiet. We loved the host, the view, and the surroundings. It’s a lovely vacation home almost in the woods, with lots of lakes and attractions nearby to explore. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Sleeping in the tent suspended between the trees made this feel like a magical way to be out in nature. Anja is a caring, lovely host, and had thought of everything we might need. Such a wonderful place!
