Our group of 25 came from Latvia in our own cars, and the hotel was right on the beach, just a five-minute walk from the fortress. The staff were very responsive, and there was parking in the hotel yard. It’s dog-friendly, with no extra charge. The rooms had what we needed for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds, good soundproofing, and a kettle for making drinks. I really liked the soap and shampoo series, and I agree with earlier reviews that the toilet paper is the best. Breakfast was excellent and very tasty. Everyone loved the make-your-own-waffles attraction. We definitely recommend this hotel.

It was so calm here that I could hear the birds chirping. The room had an amazing view and was cozy and clean, and the hotel itself is a lovely little place. The staff were great and friendly, and the restaurant food was amazing too. Thank you!

The location was nearly perfect for visiting Savonlinna, and the staff were very nice. The breakfast waffle setup was fun. The room was a bit small, though, and there was no air conditioning. :)

This hotel has a rich history and is very close to all the main attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was really good. There’s hotel parking, plus free street parking out front. The rooms are generally cozy, though I found the bathroom a bit compact. I’d definitely recommend it and will visit again.

A cozy little hotel, but we had two big problems. Our room was at basement level, right under the dining and breakfast area, so chairs being moved woke us at 7:30. Then we arrived for breakfast 40 minutes before it ended, and half the things were already gone.
