House Leviitta Kittilä

Getting to the Levi slopes and center was easy, and younger members of our group could walk there if they felt like it. The cottage was clean, spacious, and easily fit four families, 13 people in all. We could all sit around the huge dining table together for meals and board games in the evening. With small kids along, though, we missed having a dryer or drying cupboard, and drying ski gear was tricky. The pillows weren't great, so we'll bring our own next time. We do plan to come back.

There were mice in the cottage, and the pillows were in poor shape. The bathroom doors were also very hard to lock because the structures have settled and the lock housings don't line up properly with the frames.

Thanks for a lovely winter trip. The cottage had such a nice atmosphere, and the quiet setting suited us well. Even our larger group had plenty of room to sleep and eat for once. I'd happily come back, maybe for an autumn getaway next time :)

We had a lovely holiday here with the grandchildren. It's a traditional log cabin with room for the whole family, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking together.
