LeviBooking Lost in Levi apt 102

I paid for a 3-night stay and was still checked in, yet when I came back from lunch and shopping my room door was wide open. A cleaner was inside, and my luggage and personal things had been moved outside. She said they were getting the room ready for the next guest. I don't blame her, and she apologised right away, but the property making such a mistake is completely unacceptable. This was a serious failure of privacy, safety, and basic hospitality. I expect management to explain how it happened. I travel a lot, and this was the worst experience of my life. I'm extremely disappointed and angry, and wouldn't recommend the property to anyone.

There isn't much of a hotel feel here. Entry is by keybox, with no real interaction with staff or other guests, and no shared space apart from the buffet area. There's no bar or reception area, just breakfast, where the staff don't engage at all. It felt soulless and doesn't match what I understand a hotel to be.

It was too hot in the apartment to sleep comfortably, and summer stays need air conditioning or a fan, plus mosquito nets. I messaged the maintenance or reception number and emailed five times during my stay to ask whether they had a fan. Nobody replied, and at the time I'm writing this, none of my messages have received a response.

We accidentally left a credit card in the room and called right away to ask staff to hold it. When we came back to the counter, one staff member wouldn't give it back and told us to return at 3pm, even though we were rushing to catch our plane. We waited on the staircase for 20 minutes until 3pm, and he even shouted at us. It was totally unnecessary and rude. Check in isn't until 5 pm, much later than at most places, and the price is steep too.
