Husky Center Kolmiloukko

After a long drive, the kids were straight onto the trampoline and spider swing, while I took a breather on the shore swing and looked out over the pond, still as a mirror. Later, we used the lakeside fire pit and hut for grilling and sausages. The beach sauna and swimming area were renovated in early summer 2025, and the wood-fired sauna had wonderfully steamy heat. There are several electric hookup spots for caravans, plus clean showers and dishwashing facilities in the service building. It's a peaceful little find by the Oulu-Kuusamotie road, and a lovely place to recharge near the Taivalkoski rapids of thousands of stories and four national parks. We had a great time 🌸

The scenery is wonderful, and I loved the sauna and its clear-water beach. It's a peaceful, lovely place. You won't get every luxury here, but there is a sauna, shower, and toilet, which is enough for anyone who doesn't need extras. Big thanks to the friendly hostess.

We couldn't find the kemsa, which was a bit of a drawback. Otherwise it was a lovely, peaceful, clean place. The sauna and clear-water pond made the evening, with a lovely canvas landscape all around.

The beach was sandy and the water clean and clear. We heated the charming little beach sauna ourselves, and it made for a really atmospheric visit. It's in a good, quiet spot despite being right by the road. I'll be back for sure, and might book a cottage next time too.
