Dream Hostel & Hotel

The place was quiet overnight, and the basic Nordic-style breakfast was nice. The staff were helpful too. I stayed in a four-person shared room. It was pretty basic, with no curtains, thin walls, and heavy doors that could disturb your sleep. Towels weren’t included either. Some guests left rubbish around the shared areas, though that’s hard to blame entirely on the property. A solid 4/5, but if noise easily bothers you, a shared room here may not be the best choice.

The location is great, right across from the Moomin museum and an easy walk to the city centre. I visited in December and found it clean and calm, with good value for the room facilities and condition. Reception and the other staff were friendly. Breakfast was a bit pricey, so you could skip it.

The staff were really friendly, and the kitchen for Bed&Breakfast had more than enough. I booked a bed in a 16-bed room, and even with that many people the atmosphere was good. Bring earplugs if snoring might bother you :) For my short trip to see some ice hockey games, the location worked perfectly. The train station, Nokia Arena, pubs, and restaurants were all about a 15-20 minute walk, depending on where you were headed. Thanks for the experience!

The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi stayed stable, and the bathrooms were roomy enough with showers that worked properly. The property was cozy, well kept, and clean everywhere. Staff were friendly and attentive, and even let me check in early. It's about a 15-minute walk to downtown. There’s a common area with a small kitchen, plus free coffee and tea. Good value for the price, and I’d recommend it. Towels would be nice to have included. Some guests didn’t clean up after themselves, so stricter oversight could help keep the shared spaces pleasant for everyone.
