Forenom Serviced Apts Vantaa Jokiniemi

The location is great and usually peaceful, but I’m no longer a satisfied Forenom customer. I’ve stayed here several times, and the cleaning and service have both gone downhill over the years. I’ve arrived to dirty floors, scuff marks on the toilet, stains on surfaces or textiles, a badly working front door lock, and, most recently, a broken TV. The sauna doesn’t work in every apartment either. Several times, I had to call for the door code because it hadn’t arrived as promised. Cleaners have also come to make me leave the apartment even though I’d paid separately for late check-out. They write a report after every customer visit. After my last stay, I got an extra bill, and customer service took about two weeks to explain it. Then I received a report with photos of every supposed mistake the cleaner thought I’d made. I was even accused of not washing the kettle, though I hadn’t used it. I wish that had been included in the bill too. Customers are expected to get every detail right, but the same standard doesn’t seem to apply to the cleaners or Forenom’s service. Remember to take out the trash and put every kitchen utensil you use back in exactly the right place. I forgot, and that was my mistake.

Forenom rooms work really well when you need temporary accommodation.

I’m staying here in quarters, and it has everything I need for everyday life.
