I ended up liking my stay after three months, once I'd adjusted and bought a few things myself, and really scrubbed the dirty textiles. I also found out you can contact the Finnish building management for the sauna schedule and choose a private weekly time slot. Nobody tells you that, though, and you aren't given the key you need to use the sauna. Billing support was slow and took several messages to reply. The apartment looks just like the photos, and the location is handy. There are buses and trains at all hours, several shopping options, and a 24-hour supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. But the furniture is cheap Ikea stuff, worn and dirty, with no quality items for the price. I saw two units in this building, and neither seemed to have been cleaned after use, beyond maybe a quick vacuum. My mattress toppers had urine stains, old tenants' hair, dust, and dirt. I paid around 1300€/month and didn't expect worn, soft low-end mattresses, dirty chairs, and stained rugs. After my first month I gave it two stars, then changed that to three after three months. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless there's no other option.

Buses and trains are easy to reach, which made getting to shopping malls, attractions, and Helsinki Centre simple and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and the furnishings seem fairly new. The low ceilings upstairs were a little uncomfortable for people around 60, but manageable.

For one or two nights with two adults, this studio works well. It's clean and comfortable, with the basic amenities you need.

Very clean, and it has a smart flat-screen TV, compact shower, washing machine, some storage, and a small kitchen with a fridge-freezer, coffee maker, cooker, oven, plates, cutlery, a couple of pots, and cooking utensils. The residence area is quiet and the location is good, about a 10-minute walk to shops and the bus and train station. My Uber from the airport took around 15 minutes and cost €16. They sent the entry code on arrival day. It's described as an apartment, but it's really a tiny studio over two floors. The loft room is much too cramped, with very steep narrow stairs and a ceiling so low you have to bend a lot. It's definitely unsuitable for tall people or anyone with mobility issues. For me, it's only suitable for a night or two at most, so that's why I gave it four stars.

We left right away and booked another hotel. The room was so dirty and smelly that we couldn't sleep there. It had a strong cheap perfume odor throughout, plus a cigarette smell by the door. We felt it was unhygienic and worried about viruses or bacteria. After being in there for a while, I nearly vomited. The service was really bad too. They first moved our room from Espoo to Vantaa, then sent the wrong door code, leaving us waiting outside for over half an hour. A really bad experience.
