The host made such a difference. She was warm, patient with all our questions, and always tried to find a solution whenever we asked for something. We felt really well looked after. The Panda Cabin is charming and cozy, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful weekend there. Thanks for such a lovely stay, we highly recommend it.

We had a lovely evening on the terrace, which was really pleasant, and enjoyed the spa. The welcome was warm too, and I can see a lot of potential here. That said, the apartment could use more attention before guests arrive. Some basic maintenance seems to have been missed, one radiator wasn't fixed in place, and the stairs up to the apartment and the outside need work. The rooms are too open to each other without a door. There isn't a stovetop, and there weren't enough dishes. The glasses don't match, with at least two of the same kind, and there were too few large spoons and bowls. Cleanliness before welcoming guests needs more care.

I hope the improvements you've announced go well. I still find it regrettable that your April 2026 reply to my review shifted responsibility to the guests instead of addressing the factual points about the property's condition. We gave this stay as a gift to friends and went along with them. We thought we were doing something nice, so it was embarrassing to find the outside so neglected, the access stairs dangerous in our view, and the amenities far below what we expected for the price. We weren't expecting a "standardized 4-star" stay, just somewhere safe and properly maintained for the €160 per night being charged. Your remark that a stay "for two" would be inconvenient with guided tours also felt inappropriate. Going along with people close to us doesn't make our opinion less valid when it's based on what we observed.

We left after just an hour. For the price, we expected better hygiene: the cabin wasn't very clean and the Finnish bath water was cloudy. We booked through Sport Découverte and asked for a refund, but they refused. The host was friendly, but I can't recommend the place at that price.
