The bedding is decent, but breakfast has really gone downhill since my last visit in October. During that week-long stay, the person in charge of breakfast was attentive every morning and made sure nothing was missing. I asked the staff about her and heard that she'd left. That's a real loss for the hotel. Her work was the reason I chose to return, but I'll be switching to another hotel now. Choose your employees carefully. Thanks to the other staff, the receptionists.

Breakfast was very good, and there were cold water dispensers for filling a bottle. The hotel is affordable and did the job, provided you have an RER pass. The station is very close, so getting into Paris is easy. It's hard to spot the Mercure section, though it's basically the same hotel as Ibis and Mercure. They only open one set of doors, so each time you come back you get to guess which one will open. I don't know why proper mugs and glasses aren't provided in the room anymore, but we borrowed some from downstairs.

We were so tired that the fairly loud noise on our floor every hour or so didn't disturb us during the night. There was an electrical cabinet nearby outside, but I don't know if that was the source. The hotel was nice in general. The bar stays open, but the restaurant is closed on Saturday evenings, when you might actually need it. If you arrive late in the area, Uber Eats is the only option.

The team were professional and friendly, and even helped us get a taxi when we had to leave very early. The new Mercure in this area is brand new and very clean. I really liked it and wish we'd been able to stay longer. Thank you!

It was a pleasant stay, with everything new and a perfect breakfast. The staff were very kind and polite. It's a bit far from restaurants and bars.
