We found the cottage pleasant and roomy, with friendly owners and everything we needed for our group, including traveling with young children. Its location is ideal for visiting the Bay of Somme, and everyone could spread out comfortably. The bedding was well equipped for the number of guests it can accommodate. A couple of things could be better. The heating bill at the end was a surprise, especially because the firewood that was meant to be supplied for the fireplace wasn't there, so we had to use more electric heating. Also, the upstairs children's bedroom is hard to darken before nightfall. Even so, we highly recommend the cottage.

Everyone was delighted with our stay. The gîte is spacious, well equipped, and has good-quality bedding. It’s also conveniently close to St. Valery and the Bay of Somme.

We were ten at Gîte Hollier in Acheux-en-Vimeu over the May Day weekend, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very well equipped. The owners were charming and attentive, and the gîte is a great base for seeing the surrounding area. A place to keep in mind.
